I can list all the excuses, buying a new home, selling our home, moving in with my grandma, my sons speech delays, etc etc etc the list goes on.

I was dedicated, determined, and committed.my results showed just that🙌 👉Come end of November I fell off track. I didn't cheat, I did the workouts, drank my shake, and followed the meal plan.

These were my 21 Day Fix results ☝☝ I committed 100% to the program for 21 days, after this I did another round. It's all worth it right? 😉 #thisispostpartumĪ photo posted by Amy Patterson on at 9:16pm PDT at 9:16pm PDT Love your body where it's at and respect it for what it's been through. I don't share this just for the fun of it, but rather to reach some mamas out there I'm s similar place who need to hear that it takes time. I'm no where near where I want to be physically, but it's all part of the journey. I have to attribute this to taking better care of myself, drinking my nutrient dense Shakeology, and 30 minutes a day of getting my blood flowing.

Let's be real.I am still slightly sleep deprived because I do have a new baby, but I'm feeling pretty functional. This time around I'm feeling STRONG and I have ENERGY. I didn't eat well and I basically just felt like I sat on the couch and atrophied. Even though the scale only budged 2 lbs, and I only shrunk a total of 7 inches, I'm happy with the results that I was able to achieve! After my first baby I lost the baby weight FAST, people noticed and commented on it, but here's the thing.I did not lose it in the healthiest way. 😉 BUT, I'm really glad that I committed to giving myself just 30 minutes of exercise each day. I focused on eating healthy, but for sure had a lot of slip ups in nutrition with family in town and a raging appetite while nursing can get the best of you. Keep in mind that I did not follow the meal plan since I started when I was only 3 weeks postpartum. 😁Results are in!!😁 21 Days.30 minutes per day.
#21 DAY FIX EXTREME YOGA HOW TO#
In fact, that's perhaps the most crucial part that makes it more than just a quick fix, despite its name, as "it's not only designed to get you looking as good as you can get in 21 days, it's also about teaching you how to eat healthier and make exercise a part of your daily routine not just for the life of the program, but for life," one reviewer wrote. Meal preparation is a huge part of the program. You also get to drink Shakeology shakes, and you can have a teaspoon of liquid healthy fats, like olive oil, and nut butters.ĭouble tap for buffet style meal prep 😋 I got some yummy seafood from this week 🙌💕 I kept foods simple so it took me well under 2 hours 🌿🕚 Here's what's pictured above: Proteins - salmon, white fish, shrimp (not shown) soft boiled eggs, and chicken (not shown) all with seasoning Protein powders - & vega performance protein (not shown) Veggies - raw baby carrots, steamed broccoli & cauliflower, steamed asparagus, sliced bell peppers and mini bell peppers Carbs - lentils, edamame, quinoa and oatmeal (not shown) Fruit - pomegranate seeds and apples (not shown) Healthy fats - avocados, almonds and sunflower seeds Seeds/oils - balsamic vinaigrette dressing #mealprep #21dayfix #mealprepmonday #mealprepdaily #mealprepsocietyĪ photo posted by Amanda Meixner on at 9:46am PDT at 9:46am PDT The large green container is for vegetables, purple is for fruit, red is for protein, yellow is for carbs - yes, you can eat them! - blue is for healthy fats and cheese, and orange is for seeds and olives. I'm using 21 day fix to help me remember how to eat for one person again. Everyone has different reasons for overeating. I am guilty of over eating as of late and I don't like how I feel afterwards. I've been used to eating a certain amount of food to keep my body doing what I needed it to do.

For the past seven years (whoa that seems like a long time) I've been either pregnant or nursing one of my daughters.
